Services
ReviewRipple provides automated Google Review requests and referral-code distribution via NFC-enabled cards.
Subscription & Billing
a. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
b. Payment must be received before service activation each billing period.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
a. If you do not achieve at least a 20% increase in positive Google Reviews within 30 days of activating your plan, you may request a full refund of all fees paid.
b. To request the guarantee, contact support with your Google Business Profile analytics report showing review counts before and after 30 days.
c. Refunds under this guarantee are processed within 14 days of approval.
NFC Card Delivery
a. Basic plan includes 3 custom NFC cards.
b. Pro plan includes 3 window stickers, 3 checkout stickers, and 3 tabletop markers.
c. NFC cards/stickers are provided at no additional cost and remain property of ReviewRipple.
Term & Termination
a. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly.
b. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
c. Upon termination, subscription access and NFC card replacement services cease immediately.
Subscriber Obligations
a. Provide accurate business information and maintain a valid Google Business Profile.
b. Ensure NFC cards remain functional and properly placed in customer-facing areas.
Liability
ReviewRipple's total liability is limited to the total fees paid by Subscriber in the 3 months preceding any claim. ReviewRipple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
ReviewRipple may update these Terms by posting revisions on its website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Data Sharing

We access your Google Business Profile solely to automate review requests and track review metrics. We do not modify, store unnecessarily, or share this data beyond service provision.

Data Storage
All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Data is processed within the UK and EU, with appropriate safeguards for any international transfers.

Your customers have rights regarding their personal data. We will assist you in responding to any data subject requests within required timeframes.

Disclaimer
Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Results Not Guaranteed
While our service is designed to increase Google Reviews and generate referrals, results may vary based on factors including business type, customer engagement, and external factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Integrations
Our service integrates with Google Business Profile and other third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues with these third-party services.
NFC Technology
NFC functionality depends on customer device compatibility. We cannot guarantee all customer devices will support NFC technology.
